I deliver large parcels, what are the lockers sizes ?
Refrigerated lockers : width : 37,5 cm, depth : 45 cm, height : 28 cm. Small non-refrigerated lockers : width : 43,2 cm, depth 46 cm, height : 44,8 cm. Large non-refrigerated lockers : width : 43,2 cm, depth 46 cm, height : 59,8 cm.
What is the temperature in the refrigerated lockers ?
Refrigerated lockers temperature is between 2°C and 8°C* (Positive cold). *between 35.6°F and 46.4°F.
How can I be sure the refrigerated locker's temperature is constant ?
Refrigerated lockers temperature is monitored via reports we can share with you.
Are Kanawa smart lockers regularly sanitized ?
Yes, our lockers get disinfected everytime it is used.
When can my client pick up their parcel ?
Our lockers are accessible 24/7: your client picks their own time.

How safe is it ?
You will get 2 PIN-codes when you order : one opens the gate, the second opens your locker.
How long can a parcel stay in your lockers ?
A parcel can stay 48h in non-refrigerated lockers or 24h in refrigerated lockers. Past this time limit, your client will receive a notification, and we will apply a 1,50€ penalty / day.
